Depends on roundabout design. Most roundabouts I come across give bikes right if way and have separated bike paths that cross cars entering and leaving the roundabout at 90°, giving cars about the same visibility as any nornal intersection.
I guess they must suck if you don’t have separate bike lanes, but then again bikes can always go down the middle of the road down the roundabout if your infrastructure sucks like that.
