Regardless of the ethics of war, America makes a big thing out of its volunteer army. To break that promise is really shitty. Though tbf, trump doesn’t think twice about breaking promises in his professional or public life.
I know by this point I should be numb to the shittiness of this administration, but every day they seem to find new ways to outdo their previous selves on both small and large issues to demonstrate that apparently they can still go lower. Whether it’s starting unprovoked wars, culling civil liberties, or discriminating against anyone and everything, every day is a new low.
Why not? It’s not as if they are going to do anything about it.
