If you said that sort of thing to someone in person you’d be visiting the dentist afterwards, but because it’s a random internet argument you think it’s ok.
I wouldn’t be “visiting a dentist” because the people I associate with are mature enough to recognize normally formed criticism of speech that they started (you originally commented).
