Here is a summary of what is new:
Implemented geometry shaders
New save data folder and naming (old saves need to be manually transferred)
Support for loading the original shared font and mii resource files dumped from a 3DS
Support for a few different screen layouts and proper handling of fullscreen (the game is no longer stretched)
Various save data fixes for Windows
Various HLE OS improvements
Various HLE audio improvements
Texture cache invalidation via hashing to fix incorrect textures
Render to texture related fixes

Interesting, I figured this might be a fork since citra stopped development when Nintendo shut down the devs for making a switch emulator, but this looks like an independent project
Seems early on in the process (I could be wrong) but super cool to see!
