I’m very curious to see what type of discharge they’re going to throw at transgender enlisted who refuse to leave willingly. If they go for OTH or Dishonorable there should be solid ground to file one great big lawsuit over it where the government gets to defend the ludicrous assertion that simply being trans precludes an individual from serving with honor and dignity.
