Pictures have emerged of patients waiting to get a coronavirus jab at a Welsh general practice who claim they had to queue for more than two hours outside, despite having appointments. Patients described the “disgusting chaos” as 65 to 74-year-olds had to queue along a pavement as they awaited injections at Whitchurch Medical Centre in Cardiff.

They claimed two people collapsed during the wait, while several others went home unable to cope. Pictures taken outside the surgery on Saturday morning show the extent of the queue, which stretches far into the distance.
