We are on the same instance, lemmy.world. It’s likely your mobile app, I have not had any issues uploading through my mobile browser. As a test I uploaded an image to this reply. Can you see it?
I’m on lemm.ee, but I can see your image. When I try to upload an image, I get a spinning circle as if it is loading, but then nothing posts.
