After 23 years of film criticism, I was back in front of the screen as a civilian. I had no idea what I would find. --by former NY Times film critic A.O. Scott
For me it’s an excuse to get out, have a meal, and basically date my SO. Is it better than a quality home theater? No. Is it cheaper than Netflix? No. But for me, that’s not the point. Value isn’t always measured in dollars.
