Based on some feedback we received, I’ve added Photon as a possible front-end for feddit.nl.
You can find it by browsing to ph.feddit.nl.
Enjoy!
Mooi toch, ook op mobile
Bedankt!
En hij is dus degene die Photon heeft ontwikkeld :)
Lekker gewerkt pik.
Maybe its me but I’m having issues with Photon whereas if I use the regular UI it works fine. For example, this post on Photon shows no immediate and obvious way to respond but when I switched to the std UI I ca add a comment like I am doing right now.
Also, in Photon the “Subscribed” browse option is disabled and shows no posts at all (my default view is Subscribed, hence I could see the issue of no posts.
I had a couple more (some security related messages, maybe SSL issues?)
I’ll switch back to the default UI for now as having functionality is more important then some visuals. I mean, Photon is nice and all but it is not so groundbreaking that I keep using it despite the issues I encountered.
But I appreciate the Photon devs immensely, I see it as a step in the right direction!
I’ve just upgraded photon to the latest release, is this still happening?
Still happening it seems:
I also could not get this picture to upload to this post, had to fall back to the default UI. Also, still no way to respond in general to a post (not a reply but a comment on a post itself).
That’s really weird. Does the browser console show sow error that might point us in a direction?
I use Librefox but I see the same behavior on Chrome.
Heh, could’ve not migrated to Kbin after all :) Though it doesn’t seem to load for me at the moment; the page just never stops loading if I follow the link.
Works now, looks lovely!

Weet u waarom ik niet meer ingelogd ben op ph.feddit.nl maar wel op feddit.nl?
I have exact the same issue. I’m not automatically logged into ph.feddit.nl. But I’m also unable to signin using my feddit.nl account. I tried by swtiching between tabs, same tab and also in incognito mode. When I try to login into ph.feddit.nl I get a status 400 back when I fill my credentials and hit the submit button.
Looks great. I’ll probably use it more now on my desktop.
HYPE! Dit is bruut!
