I have a theory about this. A lot of cars have auto headlights and no one ever touches the switch. When it’s raining in the daytime they don’t come one and people don’t realize it.
Nearly plowed over a small gray car with no lights that was invisible in the spray, he honked angrily and then disappeared into the mist again.
Wish that auto lights included turning on when wipers were used as well.
Right? It seems so logical
