He’s had little respect for the constitution since way back when he said “Russia if you’re listening, get her emails” and then they fucking. Did. That. How the actual fuck are people not able to see Trump committing treason left, right, and center for the last decade is beyond me.

There has to be a mechanism to stop illegal orders from happening that has teeth. There isn’t one. Congress could try, but they haven’t been effective in over a decade.

The Supreme Court is compromised by billionaire bribes and will likely undo any attempts to restrain the new Nazi administration.

The American experiment has been wildly successful for over two centuries. It’s now going to fail because the billionaires who captured it are too stupid and greedy to see the long term consequences of their actions.

It makes more sense when you realize they are trying to collapse the United States.

They want to smother our country fully to death with their propaganda and stochastic terrorism, and then build out their little fiefdom nation states with us (willing or otherwise) cattle to experiment on and torment.

Why do you think the republicans are just going right along with everything? They’ve been promised their spot in the new reich.

Pretty much this. The idea is to take the 50 United States and turn them into MORE of a pile of nation states than they already are, with a federal government who pretty much only exists to do violence and maybe occasionally diplomacy with foreign nations who are too strong to simply roll over with military might.

Congress could try what? Which Congress? This Congress? The one where both houses are squarely in control of Republicans since the last election? That Congress?

    “Defying legal limits”

    “Appear to constitute”

Just say it, man. You’re not fooling anyone, just wasting time. People already turned their backs on you because of this bullshit.
