Cultural gatekeeping. Imagine considering say, Irish and Polish culture the same thing, simply because of the average pigmentation of their populous’ skin. Sounds… I don’t know, I think we have some word for it…

I doubt the person who wrote that snark knows this, but Irish culture has been decimated since the English language was forced on the place. It remains a fire hose of Anglo culture that has risen rapidly generation by generation.
