It’s been my experience that if you don’t get in on the first minute of opening sales then yeah you’re gonna have to wait about a month, though it doesn’t always go that long, even if they estimate it to.

it changes depending on who you’re buying from. i was looking at verizon and the blue 1tb was fastest, blue was overall. on apple rn it looks like white and natural have the longest shipping times
I managed to get mine for launch day, although the Apple Store didn’t come online at 13:00 UK as advertised; there was probably 4 - 5 mins delay.
I had configured my pre-order beforehand.
The store took about 20 minutes to come online for me. But I ordered a 128GB, Natural Titanium 15 Pro that will be available for me to pick up on launch day. Excited to replace my 12 Mini.
