dxvk.hideIntegratedGraphics = Truefor Diablo IV (https://github.com/doitsujin/dxvk/commit/125f0acefdb5c7e9422fc7b5afffc442d9cef34d) to resolve the grey screen issue on systems with AMD iGPU + dGPU.
