The weird thing is, my “view votes” on that post is showing an upvote.
Most be some kind of federation issue - if I had to guess, you get an automatic upvote when you post (which federates) but if you then change it, this may not.
That kinda throws off the whole upvote history thing, at least for someone’s own posts.
I’m bit sure it is a big deal as it isn’t treated as seriously as it us on Reddit. It’ll be correct on your home Instance which is the canonical record.
Is that page you’re linking a mod only thing or can anyone access it?
It has only just popped up as an option in a post’s menu, I am unsure who can see it (might be an Admin thing). I’ll check.

I’ll also down vote anyone using up votes as some kind of metric for their post/comment being inherently right/good
