Still, it’s kinda insane how two years ago we didn’t imagine we would be instructing programs like “be helpful but avoid sensitive topics”.
That was definitely a big step in AI.

It seems like the sword even has a navel, don’t read too much into this.
Edward Snowden doing GPU reviews? This timeline is becoming weirder every day.
TL;DR: Natural language is ambiguous. How much of it do we misunderstand?
There are many tools to reduce misunderstanding: feedback, rephrasing, definitions, etc., but it would be really cool if a standardized logical language (like loglan/lojban but actually well done lol) became the worldwide second language and lingua franca. That would help a lot in our increasingly vocal interactions with computers.
Market growth, baby!
I guess masterpieces are now mainpieces
But you mentioned Japan in your previous comment, and didn’t address that.
This was my impression. What to say may mean just proper etiquette, not lying about going to Aspen. I mean, the asshole wants to invite you to a party, buy you nice new clothes, and tell you how to blend in; it doesn’t sound like much of an asshole phrased that way.
It’s more of a predictive keyboard on steroids.
“Actually, I want to own it”
That system raised the majority of Chinese from extreme poverty to middle class, right after the atrocious Cultural Revolution. That was a good thing.
The latent risk that the next dictator PM undoes that is a very bad thing, though.
Don’t recommend that line of thought unless you enjoy your weenie being chewed off.
Of course not, silly! It’s about pollution and everything getting cancer.
Any of these guides address the danger of downloading compromised games?
There must be a lot of trojanized torrents, and with the understandable need for secrecy in release groups, there’s always the danger of a supply chain attack. Also, games usually can’t be run on virtual machines without significant speed degradation, making them the perfect application to get direct access to your machine/network.
Texas Instruments (of murder)
And us “shithole countries” receive some immigrants from USA that put to shame the worst we could send back, only they call themselves expatriates.
Knowing the average redditor, they probably had like 6900 posts about Luigi (or every of those banned words) every hour for weeks.
I don’t blame the mods for dealing that way with karma-addicted redditards.
I did the same, in the late 90s, and that computer got h4xx3d in two weeks through a vulnerability in Apache.
That was a really good learning experience.
Uh oh, you’ve blown your cover, robot sir.
