I can’t say for the rest, but no reputable study has ever found activated charcoal to be carcinogenic. There are other things that can be found in charcoal that can be, like silica and the smoke from burning it, but the charcoal is safe.

Yeah that would be my guess. You can see ton of damage on the far side, clearly more than just the random shaking of an earthquake. It looks like the tower gets yanked out from underneath itself, so that side is definitely getting yanked. I didnt see a clear shot of the damage on this side outside of the shed getting ripped in half, but that could be chalked up to it being on the fault line. The only way that would matter afaik is if the shape or size of the entrace/tunnel changes. If your tunnel has backflow circuits, it will increase the pressure at the meet and therefore decrease flowthrough, effectively increasing standing pressure “upwind” through the tunnel, which is how a tesla valve functions. Or if the area of the cross section of the entrance or tunnel decreases, that will constrict flow. But the higher entrance being upwind or downwind shouldnt matter at all, unless im missing something?

I think honestly the main reason that I didnt agree fully was because you were using a lot of terminology in ways that i wasnt sure i understood, and id like to familiarize myself with more of the topic before i formed a distinct opinion of the less clear aspects of issue.
