Traditional sense is funny because traditionally the zombie myth stems from drugged up voodoo “zombies”. There’s no real concept of how dumb or intelligent, or how slow or fast, or how undead or infected they can or should be because ultimately it’s all just written fiction and every writer can put his own spin to it. But yes, I vaguely remember that they showed some form of intelligence. So when I saw the bone structures in the trailer I immediately went more towards some weird tribalistic stone age type savages instead of a death cult. Could very well be both with some interplay between them of course. I think the first movies generally left a lot of questions unanswered and I’m curious if we even get answers here, given the very long time jump. Looking forward to finding out though because that trailer was dope and I’m a huge fan of post apocalyptic societies (in fiction at least, not so much IRL).

GTA 5 was so lame for me already (I just can’t relate to predefined characters, especially when they’re THIS unlikable) and GTA Online ruined the rest of it for me. Now that they decided to also block Linux I’m seriously questioning why I should even bother with GTA 6 at all? Or this company in general? There’s enough games out there I can buy for that money that can keep me busy for longer and with less annoyances.

I think the argument is (I’m no physicist) that quantum states and thus its computing happen in all universes and that’s why it is so fast. But if we think of parallel universes where each possible decision creates another one then quantum processing would inherently get faster and faster with time? Or would it get slower and slower with more and more universes using quantum processors and thus hogging quantum states?
Either way, sounds like marketing bullshit, like the big “AI” hype behind LLMs.

I HAVE to use the audio jack because the BT function went kaputt in less than a year or so. As a poor person I’m still pissed about that because I was once more trying to pay a little more for something that lives a little longer and then they just break on me faster than anything else I had. Not even sure if I should bother buying expensive replacement pads since the stock ones are getting iffy already as well.

AP is a protocol, not a platform. You’re still using different platforms, I’m on mbin for example, we’re all interconnected through AP. And you can tell somewhat what platforms someone is on based on their domain suffix. Mastodon users are also easy to spot because they include the @ handle by default.

This piece of garbage is even worse on Linux. I already regret switching from Mullvad. If Proton was to spent as much energy on their software as they spent on their dark patterns & advertisements, they’d may be a proper competitor.
