I’ll get out…

𝕸𝖔𝖘𝖘@infosec.pubto Technology@lemmy.world•AI headphones translate multiple speakers at once, cloning their voices in 3D soundEnglish63·3 天前Except, unlike the real babble fish that feed on our thought waves, this one feeds on our environment and our planet’s future.

𝕸𝖔𝖘𝖘@infosec.pubto Technology@lemmy.world•Unlock Your Computer With a Molecular PasswordEnglish5·3 天前You’re fucked… on the molecular level lol
𝕸𝖔𝖘𝖘@infosec.pubMto Espresso@infosec.pub•How much to decrease ratio by when shot is slightly bitter?English2·4 天前Pick one variable, and shift it slightly.
For bitter, I usually pick grind weight. So, if you’re putting 18g in, try 18.5g, but keep output the same. If adjusting the input, I usually adjust by 0.5g increments, then fine-tune as needed.
If you’d rather adjust the output, then adjust only that. So, using our example above, keep input at 18g, but decrease the output a measurable tad. If adjusting output, I usually adjust by 1g increments, then fine-tune as needed.
Generally, I’d rather adjust input, because output is sometimes harder to fine-tune.
Months into their first year of marriage? They really shouldn’t have roommates for at least a year lol

We like to anthropomorphize these adorable little creatures, but I’m genuinely curious what they’re looking at so intently.

It was a cornerstone of our tourism economy and a site of national significance.”
Fuck that guy
𝕸𝖔𝖘𝖘@infosec.pubtoMicroblog Memes@lemmy.world•A few weeks early but no one's complainingEnglish202·5 天前I don’t like this as a “stick it to em” thing. Personally, I want to see those women own that entire plantation, and transform it into a haven for the black community. If that means tearing it down, so be it. I want them to own that shit. I want the slave owning twats to be rolling in their graves over, not just a black person, but a black woman owning their shit.
That said, amazing selfie lol

Once the call is transferred, it is expected for the bot to stop listening, unless it state that it’s part of the call (which it doesn’t).
𝕸𝖔𝖘𝖘@infosec.pubto Technology@lemmy.world•Google's AI now listens to your English language phone conversationsEnglish3·5 天前Who? Google? Google won’t even get slapped on the wrists. I’m talking about the users using this (unwittingly or otherwise, the law doesn’t care). Even if they don’t care about the privacy implications nor the abuse of the tech, they are opening themselves up for some serious liabilities.
Edit: mistype
𝕸𝖔𝖘𝖘@infosec.pubto Technology@lemmy.world•Google's AI now listens to your English language phone conversationsEnglish9·5 天前In some countries and, (if not mistaken) states in USA, if an AI is listening to a conversation, both parties must be made aware. If they don’t notify the other end, they’ll be violating regulations. Privacy erosion and manipulation likelihood aside, this is a terrible idea.
𝕸𝖔𝖘𝖘@infosec.pubto Technology@lemmy.zip•Meta is making users who opted out of AI training opt out again, watchdog saysEnglish2·6 天前They do care about your privacy a great deal, in fact. It’s said privacy that makes them money.

And, depending on your municipality, you might be able to refute those signatures if your signature at the bank was your actual signature, and it won’t even matter that they were notarized. I’m not saying you’ll have a reason, but it might be an option if you needed it.
