Bump up the shutter speed so it takes the picture faster and bump up the ISO to compensate for the faster shutter speed not letting in as much light
Also maximise your aperture so as much light can get through as possible.
I like photos like this. The inside of the tram looks a lot more cosy when it’s dark outside and the lights are all a bit overexposed because the camera tries to compensate for the darkness.
